FAQ's

The basic consultation fee is R500-00. Discounted rates will be offered to students and pensioners upon presentation of valid proof.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 15:00pm. Sundays and public holidays from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

We recommend that you schedule an appointment in advance to ensure that you receive the best possible care. You can book an appointment online, by phone, or in person. We also accept walk-ins, but please note that priority will be given to patients with appointments and emergencies.

For your appointment, you will need to bring your identity document, medical aid card (if applicable), and any relevant medical records or prescriptions. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete the registration process.

General Practitioners:

We have several doctors available daily who can treat any condition, from minor ailments to serious emergencies.

Specialist Doctors:

We have various specialists who visit our centre every week, such as cardiologists, dermatologists, dieticians, podiatrists, psychologists, and urologists.

Medicals:

We offer comprehensive medicals for chronic diseases, immigration, insurance, pre-employment, screening tests, and wellness programmes.

Clinical Trials:

We conduct clinical trials for various conditions and treatments, such as Covid-19, respiratory syncytial virus, influenza virus, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, obesity, asthma, emphysema, and osteoarthritis.

We accept most medical aid schemes, as well as cash and card payments. The cost of a consultation depends on the type and duration of the service. You can ask our friendly receptionists for more information by calling 011 315 2512.

In the event of a medical emergency occurring outside our regular operating hours, we kindly advise you to contact us at 072 122 1876 for guidance (available until 8:00 PM). Alternatively, you may visit the nearest hospital. For critical or life-threatening situations, we strongly recommend that you seek immediate medical assistance without any delay.

We do offer virtual consultations for certain conditions. You can book a telemedicine appointment calling 011 315 2512.

We can provide advice on managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, arthritis, and more. Our doctors will assess your condition and prescribe the appropriate medication and lifestyle changes. You will also need to have regular follow-ups to monitor your progress.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality at all times. We will not share your personal or medical information with anyone without your consent, unless required by law or in case of an emergency. You can read our privacy policy on our website or ask our receptionist for a copy.

Our establishment boasts a proficient and seasoned cadre of specialists, who are at your service on designated days to provide a range of expert services including cardiology, dermatology, podiatry, psychology, and urology.
